Introducing Athloy

What is Athloy?

Athloy is a fitness training app that lets you track running, cycling and gym activities.

Other training apps on the market tend to specialise in specific areas of fitness. Some provide tracking of gym and weightlifting sessions. Others allow you to track endurance based activities like running or cycling.

We wanted to create an app that allowed you to bring the best of both types of fitness app together..... along with a little gamification to keep things fun.

Not everyone wants to be a tour de france cyclist, run a sub-3 hour marathon, join the 1000lb club as a power-lifter or step on stage as a bodybuilder. But it's great to enjoy multiple disciplines and take the benefits that can be derived from each.

Increasing your endurance through running and cycling can help improve your body composition and results in the gym. Working hard on strength training can help with power production and injury prevention in running and cycling activities.

Taking the benefits from a mixture of different athletic disciplines can to help you become a more well rounded athlete. This is at the core of our philosophy.

Gamification

Each activity you record earns your in game coins. Coins allow you to level-up your character and open further customization options. The app rewards you for completing different types of activity and also for consistency in the form of coin multipliers.
